Soleil Energy Solutions, LLC was founded in March 2010. Our company started out focusing on developing solar projects. Since 2012, we have ventured in co-developing all other renewable projects including hydro, wind, bio-mass etc. Our professionals have more than 25 years of experience in business development, engineering and project management, working on multi-million dollar projects in the semiconductor, wireless and WiFi industries.

Soleil’s President and CEO, Mc Alee Lemene, BSEE, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunication, semiconductor and solar energy industries working as an electrical engineer, a project manager and a general manager/owner/CEO. Prior to starting Soleil Energy Solutions, Mc Alee Lemene worked at Ericsson, Tyco Electronics and RFMD.
